Setup & Racking

• All 15 balls are racked in a standard triangle rack.
• The order and placement of the balls in the rack do not matter.
• Shooting order is randomly determined at the start of the game.

The Break Rule

• The first player on the list breaks.
• Ball Potted: If a ball is potted on the break, the player has succeeded and play passes to the next player.
• Dry Break (No Ball Potted): The breaking player shoots again! Only on the break is there a second shot on a turn.
• Failed Second Shot: If the player fails to pot a ball on their second shot, they lose a life and the table passes to the next player.

Regular Play (After the Break)

• The player at the table attempts to pot a ball.
• Players can shoot ANY ball on the table (including the 8-ball).
• Potted: If they pot a ball, they survive and play passes to the next player.
• Missed: If they miss their shot, they lose 1 life and play passes to the next player on the list.
• Foul / Scratch: Any standard foul or scratch results in an immediate loss of 1 life and play moves to the next player.

Re-Racking

When a rack is finished (all balls potted or cleared), the balls are re-racked (15 balls) and the next player in order breaks following the standard break rules (including the second-chance shot if dry break).

Elimination & Placement

When a player hits 0 lives, their card shows a 💀 icon, they are moved to the bottom of the list, and their final finishing rank is permanently assigned (e.g. 5th, 4th, 3rd, 2nd).
